Overview:

 

The goal of this role is to help our client’s company make an impact in the Mid-Market technology market with a new technology buying service.

 

We are inventing a new distribution channel (over 600+ providers) wherein clients become empowered to consume everyday cloud and SaaS technologies at a lower cost by eliminating the high embedded costs in the supply chain. 

 

About the role:

 

This is a key role that reports to the founder/ CEO.  We want people with ambition, humility, can handle continuous feedback to propel growth.  Candidate must have an innate desire to server others, particularly those closest to the customers.

 

We aim to work collaboratively and are looking for someone who is engaging, takes initiative, is diligent in discovery, and knows how to formulate good questions.  Whatever your level is now, you will be expected to continuously improve your business acumen, collaboration, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.   

 

Key Requirements:

  • Deep understanding a Salesforce functionality, platform, and integrations.
  • Saleforce admin skills going beyond just User/data/security management. 
  • Reasoning capacity and ability to communicate nuances
  • Great listening skills!
  • Strong in logic, synthesizing, simplifying, then elicitation of possible solution sets (with help)
  • Orientation: It’s a start-up, expect you job to change, a lot.
  • Mindset: be thinking “how can I work myself out of this job” so we advance forward together
  • Minimum 3-years Saleforce experience, but willing to spend 1-2 off-hours advancing your skills, for whatever is needed.
  • Outcomes oriented.  We do what it takes to get the right outcomes.

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Willing to work full time with many hours overlapping our business hours PST time.
  • Expect strong upside potential as we grow.  
  • Your orientation ought to be more about helping to build a great business, than just growing in a particular skill.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive productivity to help each team-member become better!
  • Run all Salesforce and tech-stack which includes Outreach, ZoomInfo
  • Become engaged to improve all aspects of sales, marketing, order fulfillment
  • Support / Troubleshooter all users
  • Source and implement new integrations and vet new solutions
