CoDev is looking for a Manual QA Engineer
Key Responsibilities

Analyze the product requirements and develop test strategies, test plans and test cases.

Create all the related and needed project documentation and provide accurate estimates for each project

Write and execute test cases to detect usability and performance issues

Prioritize the execution of tasks and tests based on business requirements and risks.

Conduct exploratory testing – simultaneous test design and execution

Run performance tests (load, stress, spike tests, etc.) to check how the software works in extreme conditions.

Perform and support all testing activities using all the appropriate tools and techniques, such as functional, integration, regression, performance, usability, installation, security and more

Verification of multi-device and cross-platform consistency (software works on different devices and browsers);

Manage defects in compliance to the established defects management process and using tools such as Jira
-
Participation in test planning meetings and providing feedback to the testing team.

Work with management to define and/or improve processes, templates and standards related to software testing

Communicate results of testing efforts to management through the creation of reports, summaries, and logs
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
Must have:

Experience using Jira, Confluence, JMeter, Teams

Knowledge of the QA processes, testing disciplines, and methodologies
-
Strong communication skills both oral and written
-
Excellent technical depth and troubleshooting skills

Ability to describe bugs clearly and accurately

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, software development, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
Nice to have: API testing concept
