Implementations Consultant (LeadManaging) – 2022 

REQUIREMENTS 

Highly organized, efficient, and energetic team player to join our growing team who has the following experience/skills to support internal and external clients: 

● High proficiency and confidence working with MS Excel – pivot tables, vlookups, and other formulas to manipulate data formatting quickly and efficiently 

● Superb verbal and written communication skills is a must 

● Precision multitasking skills 

● Skilled with managing large projects and working with multiple stakeholders to bring projects to closure 

● Has a desire to serve and support clients and team members 

● Has a passion for bringing tasks through to completion, and has extraordinary attention to detail ● Demonstrates adaptability and ability to learn on the fly 

● Takes ownership of personal actions and outcomes 

● Understands the convenience and availability of technology – can easily learn new software ● Capable of working independently and with a team when necessary 

● Experience working in a software development environment 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (NOT LIMITED TO) 

● Maintain excellent and trusting relationships with clients during the setup and onboarding process ● Manage client implementation process to ensure smooth rollout experience ● Support key team members with tracking the outcomes of projects and staying on track of timelines 

● Provide daily administrative support to customer success and product team members, including executive team 

● Facilitate and stay on top of daily communications and tasks with project managers (both internal and external)
