Candidate Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in NetSuite Financial Reporting Systems
- Skilled With Microsoft Office, G-Suite, or other comparable software (Particularly Excel Or Google Sheets)
- Understanding of General Financial Accounting (Ideally GAAP) and accrual accounting methods
- Great attention to detail

Job Responsibilities
- Fully own timely and correct daily expense categorizations, including properly identifying and matching expenses to the correct individual, team, sub-team, and/or geography
- Communicate well and be straightforward and upfront when identifying accounting problems and be solutions-oriented.
- Demonstrate proactivity in following up with finance leadership and potentially employees or leadership to properly match and categorize expenses
- Develop processes, and leverage software tools, to simplify and automate expense categorizations
- Understand and advise on Chart Of Account optimization to ensure valuable financial insights for the Business
- Verify and/or complete customer payments of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensure payments are charged to appropriate accounts
- Communicate with external customers (typically via email) regarding status of payment for outstanding Invoices; Follow-Up On Regular Basis As Needed
- Support month-end close processes
- Performs other related duties as assigned
