Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Admin Engineer to assist us in cleaning up and optimizing our Azure Active Directory (AzureAD) and Intune implementations. The primary focus will be on Intune implementation, understanding Microsoft 365, architecting a comprehensive management solution for company-issued laptops, and improving security and compliance policies. The engineer will conduct audits, provide detailed recommendations and implementation plans, and ensure effective endpoint management and secure score improvement.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Extensive experience with AzureAD and Intune, specifically focusing on Intune implementation and management.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite, its components, and integration with Intune.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect and implement comprehensive management solutions for company-issued laptops.
  • Experience conducting audits, identifying gaps, and implementing security and compliance improvements.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and application packaging.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and other security tools for endpoint protection.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking ability, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Manager Administrator Associate, or related certifications are highly desirable.
