We’re looking for an experienced individual to join our team as an Employer Brand Specialist. This individual will drive awareness of the CoDev brand among key audiences, and most importantly drive a measurable impact on total qualified candidates applying for our open positions. The Employer Brand Specialist will join our Recruiting team and work closely with our Marketing team to coordinate campaigns. They will be responsible for contributing to our social media accounts, have ownership of finding, attending, and hosting recruiting/hiring events, and coordinate recruiting efforts with local organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute Recruitment Marketing Plan that fills our talent funnel

  • Attract key audience and talents by executing highly sustainable initiatives 

  • Monitor recruiting campaigns and continuously measure and improve them

    • Report on KPI’s weekly to recruitment and marketing leadership

  • Develop creative solutions to problems

  • Stay current with social media trends and best practices to leverage candidate-facing communications to convey the corporate culture and employee experience

  • Build and maintain a good relationship with organizational partnerships

  • Work in a collaborative environment with Marketing, Talent Management, Facilities, and others to launch new partnerships, campaigns, and content

  • Events analysis and provide recommendations

  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, recruiting, and/or related fields

  • Experience organizing recruiting events and running recruiting campaigns

  • Experience and comfort using social media

  • Creative, resourceful, and proactive personality

  • Candidate must also have great attention to detail and ability to multi-task under the stress of deadlines with a strong desire to help the organization succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications or similar relevant field; at least 2 years of relevant experience working with Content Creation, Recruiting or Branding Initiatives

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM and social media management tools is a plus

  • Proficiency in Graphics / Multimedia tools are nice to have.
