Job Description


We are looking for energetic customer-service oriented individuals who seek to make

a difference! The role is a support associate responsible for solving entry-level

technical problems for our clients. You  will work with end-users to ensure that they can access our client platforms, complete sales on the storefront, and do some level 1 troubleshooting to ensure that the user’s technology meets client minimum requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES but are not limited to:

  • Respond to emails promptly and professionally.

  • Develop trusting relationships through client interactions.

  • Actively listens to customers to gain better understanding of their needs.

  • Assist customers by troubleshooting technical issues, asking questions as appropriate and providing information on the proper use of client products.

  • Use knowledge of company products and policies to assist and resolve customer

  • needs.

  • Document phone interactions and e-tickets in Salesforce with detailed information.

  • Escalate major issues to the Support Team Manager and/or Account Manager.

  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to facilitate delivery of support to clients.


  • A minimum of 2 years of call center experience required

  • A minimum of 2 years of basic technical support experience required

  • A minimum of 2 years basic Microsoft Office experience required

  • A minimum of 1 year of basic Google Suite experience required

  • A minimum of 1 year of Salesforce experience preferred

  • Must be able to type 40 – 60 WPM
