Job Description


We need a Business Analyst who can work with architects, and product owners to map out product requirements, and document functional specifications, write documentation etc. It would be a plus if this person also can act as an internal project manager assistant in the sense of creating tickets in Jira as well as build and maintain project related documentation in say a wiki like Confluence


 


Requirements

  • 3 years experience in dealing with Software Development projects
  • BS degree in Business Management, similar technical field of study or equivalent professional experience

  • Demonstrated proficiency in writing and maintaining documentation

  • Experience in testing such as UAT

  • Experience in writing user stories

  • An understanding of Software Development and software development lifecycle

  • Experience in utilizing documentation tools such as Confluence, Wiki, and Jira

  • 3 years of relevant work experience in project management

  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to solve practical problems  and deal with a variety of concrete variables

  • Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative


Nice to have:

  • Has previously worked in Agile software development

  • PMP/Scrum Master Certification
