Step 01 - Screening
The first step after you’ve sent us your CV or resume, is our talent acquisition specialists will assess your specified qualifications. They will then contact you for an initial interview to get more details regarding your technical background and experience. From there you will be asked to take a few basic assessment tests, which cover language and possibly coding tests, depending on the position you’re applying for. You will also be asked to record a short video interview via a link that we will provide.
The purpose of this initial interview and screening process is to make sure you’re a good fit for the position, and to let our clients know a little bit about you.
