CoDev’s culture thrives on our awesome employees. We always make sure to give them the recognition they deserve. On that note, we’d like to give a big shoutout to our Employee of the Year for 2021, John Froi Dejaresco!
John Froi is a software developer for GoReact, a video assessment software company in Utah. He’s been working at CoDev since August 2020. His exceptional performance this past year backed by his client’s positive feedback have paved the way to him receiving this award. When asked about his experience of working at CoDev, here is what John had to say:
My experience working here has been incredible so far. I get to learn something new every day from my superiors and teammates, and we get along very well. I enjoy resolving tickets and sharing my ideas to the team. I always receive all the support that I need because everyone is responsive and eager to help. I am looking forward [to getting] more tickets to solve.
And here is what his client manager, Mr. Austin Hammer had to say about him:
John Froi is an incredibly talented and bright engineer! He brings so many complementary skills and great ideas to the team. Critical tasks don’t intimidate him. Whether it is databases, user interfaces or automated tests, John can come up with an elegant implementation. His contributions are meaningful and impactful. We love having him on our team and are very fortunate to be able to work on solutions together. John is also very enjoyable to work with. Many of our engineers turn to him when they are stuck or need help. He not only has the skills and knowledge to help out others effectively, but he does it in such a helpful, approachable way!
John Froi also had a message in response to his award:
I would like to say thank you very much to Codev and to the client for recognizing all of my contributions. Your appreciation [has] inspired me to keep working hard every day. I feel very grateful to be surrounded by people who appreciate and value my hard work. I look forward to continuing to do great work with you.
